Palm Beach 2018 l Barrett-Jackson
On Thursday, April 12, Patriot Tommy Clack of Military Order Purple Heart (MOPH) Chapter 365 in Atlanta, GA was the recipient of a Ford F-250 truck that has been modified to be driven by a paralyzed or disabled Veteran.  The truck, donated by the Wounded Warriors Family Support in Omaha, NE was presented by CEO and WWFS founder, COL John Folsom at the annual Barrett-Jackson classic car auction in Palm Beach, Florida.  Retired Captain and Purple Heart recipient Tommy Clack lost both his legs and right arm during a 1969 attack on his U.S. Army unit during the Vietnam War, and was initially declared dead on the battlefield.  The truck traveled the country for four months during the WWFS High Five Road Tour, which encouraged Americans to show their support for military families by visiting events and signing the vehicle with a message of support for our country’s veterans and their families.  Also attending were Patriots from the local Chapter 758, and MOPH Department of Florida Commander Richard Hunt.

But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
